Policy Manager - Home Loan/LAP (2-6 yrs)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and refinement of risk policies and frameworks, providing insights and recommendations to enhance risk management practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Support efforts to enhance risk management systems and technology platforms, collaborating with IT and other relevant stakeholders to implement upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

- Utilize data analytics techniques to analyze risk data and produce insightful risk reports, supporting risk assessment, monitoring, and decision-making processes.

- Support the implementation of risk policies and frameworks across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective rollout and adoption.

- Process Documentation: Document risk management processes, procedures, and workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency in risk policy implementation and execution.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Risk Management, Business Development, IT, and Compliance, to ensure alignment of risk policies and systems with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
