Job Title : Outsourcing Risk Manager

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 3 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement outsourcing risk management strategies in alignment with the bank's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments of outsourcing arrangements, identifying potential risks and proposing effective risk mitigation measures.

- Monitor and evaluate outsourcing vendor performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.

- Collaborate with various departments, including Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to establish robust risk management frameworks for outsourcing activities.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to outsourcing risk management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.

- Proven track record of managing outsourcing risks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing risk controls.
