Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior QA Manager (AVP) with 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Murex and MxTest. This role will involve leading end-to-end testing for trading applications, ensuring smooth functionality, performance, and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end testing for functional, integration, performance, and automation.

- Define and review key test artifacts such as test plans, strategies, and metrics.

- Optimize Murex testing using MxTest and other tools.

- Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and vendor partners.

- Manage implementations, upgrades, and business-as-usual releases.

- Develop and drive regression automation with third-party and custom tools.

- Mentor and guide the QA team, improving domain knowledge and skill sets.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of QA and test automation experience for enterprise software.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Murex and MxTest (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of derivatives, capital markets, and commodity trading.

- Proficiency in SQL, UNIX, and Murex automation frameworks.

- Experience in managing outsourced vendor teams is a plus.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
