Product Manager - FinTech (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.

- Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for product innovation.

- Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.

- Ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product strategy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations, such as KYC/AML, data privacy, and cybersecurity, and ensure product compliance.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and launch.

Requirements:.

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or insurtech or Health Tech industry.

- Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.

- Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
