Product Manager - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Product Development:

- Lead the development of new financial products, particularly in mutual funds and AIFs, aligning with market demands and business objectives.

- Ideate and implement innovative strategies to create competitive and scalable product solutions.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

- Perform competitor analysis to benchmark and refine JM Financial's product offerings.

Portfolio Management:

- Manage and optimize the existing product portfolio to ensure consistent performance and alignment with client needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and innovations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and research teams to ensure seamless product rollout and adoption.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

Financial Market Insights:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in the financial markets, regulatory changes, and economic policies impacting the industry.

Requirements:

- An MBA from a premier B-School is a must.

- 1.5 - 4 years of relevant experience in mutual funds, product management, market analysis, or AIFs.

- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for financial market research and competitive benchmarking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to drive product innovation and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
