HR Executive/Sr.Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees, including ESIC registration and statutory compliance.
  
• Oversee generalistic activities such as personnel management, industrial relations, and labour welfare initiatives.
  
• Ensure timely completion of HR administration tasks related to employee data maintenance, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in contract labour management, ESIC, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including personnel management, industrial relations, and labour welfare.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) with knowledge of other relevant software tools.
