Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inside sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to develop targeted campaigns that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance metrics.
  
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and career development.
