IT Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Install and configure new software applications on company devices.
  
• Manage user accounts and perform basic administrative tasks such as password resets and account lockouts.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an IT support role with a focus on desktop/laptop support.
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective issue resolution over the phone or in-person.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
