It Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer (Onsite Support) to provide hands-on technical assistance to our users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network and system configurations, and ensuring smooth IT operations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Support email, VPN, and remote access configurations.
• Assist users with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Perform basic server maintenance and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Implement security best practices, including antivirus and data protection measures.
• Provide end-user training on IT tools and security policies.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve service quality and system reliability.
