Application Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities : Job Title: APM Operations (Dynatrace, Solarwinds, User experior and Synthetic Monitoring)

No of experience: - 2-3 Years

Job Description: As an APM operation engineer you will be responsible to monitor the alerts received from UserExperior, Dynatrace and SolarWinds. Also, the scope is to fine tune the already existing configuration with help of application team in Dynatrace, UserExperior and SolarWinds in order to reduce the downtime of business-critical application.

Monitoring and reporting the anomaly or event detected Dynatrace, UserExperior and SolarWinds for specific application

➢

Event monitoring on UE such as User login error, login page not available, etc which are stored session inventory

➢

SolarWinds Infrastructure Monitoring- Server resource utilization, Network traffic monitoring, network link monitoring

➢

Dynatrace Application Monitoring- IIS traffic monitoring, SQL query monitoring, Server resource utilization, application service monitoring

➢

Monitor production application performance, assist in troubleshooting the incident, creating RCA, and produce the ad hoc trend analysis report

➢

Good knowledge of Networking concepts, OS-Windows and Linux, Database, and other Infrastructure component

➢

Create and maintain Dynatrace Monitoring Tool Dashboard or views for application performance

➢

Provide documentation detailing result of application analysis, monitoring and recommendations

➢

Understanding and knowledge of Application API and concept of code exceptions

➢

Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform tasks effectively, while managing time and priorities

➢

Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills

➢

Responsible to reduce S1 and S2 Incidents by creating relevant Custom Alerts
