Business Development Executive

Primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the complete admission and outreach process and activities in the respective regions and work towards the target.
• Should be aware of all programmes fee structure, financial aid, faculty and other university offerings to students.
• Generating leads from schools & coaching centres. Travelling to other cities in the adjoining states and where necessary.
• Procuring new admissions in their respective regions through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the schools or exam/training centres while generating good will amongst the stakeholders.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with schools, and other educational marketing institutions and holding presentations and demonstrations for them.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new stakeholders through direct or indirect contact and prospecting.
• Organising and attending outreach events to research and connect with schools, counsellors, etc
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing schools, principal and counsellors.
• Crafting business or outreach proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue in the region.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to increase admissions.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our outreach remain relevant.
• Keeping on top of administrative tasks while ensuring updating the CRM (customer relationship management) systems.

• Strong network in the school counsellor and principal community in the respective region.
• Knowledgeable in marketing and highly impactful in promoting programmes of the university.
• Requires strong interpersonal, motivation and influencing skills.
• Open to travel extensively in their regions, work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor s degree, Master s degree in Marketing is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing function in higher education institutions.
