Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients on bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc) and generate business leads.
Create customised proposals and bids based on client requirements and company offerings.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, answer queries, and build strong relationships.
Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and project details in CRM tools.
Requirements
bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (eg, web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience of the bidding process and best practices for online marketplaces.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
