About the Role:

- Mumbai Metro One (RInfra) is looking for a highly experienced security leader to head security operations for our metro network. The ideal candidate will have a strong defense background, expertise in metro security, corporate security, or real estate security, and a strategic approach to risk management and crisis response.

Preferred Background: Ex-Army, Air Force, or Navy

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee security operations for Mumbai Metro One, ensuring the highest safety standards.

- Implement security policies, emergency procedures, and threat mitigation plans.

- Lead and train security teams to maintain high vigilance and emergency preparedness.

- Coordinate with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and emergency services.

- Manage CCTV surveillance, access control, and other security infrastructure.

- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Ex-Defence (Army, Navy, Air Force) background

- Experience in metro security, corporate security, mall security, or real estate security

- Strong leadership, crisis management, and risk assessment expertise.

- Relevant education in security management or a related field.
