Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations, including banking, accounts payable/receivables, general ledger, and cash flow management.

- Regularly monitor and analyze the General Ledger to ensure accuracy and control.

- Prepare and finalize accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and company policies.

- Ensure statutory compliance, including timely filing of TDS and GST returns, and respond to notices from statutory authorities.

- Develop and present MIS reports, budgets, and variance analyses.

- Liaise effectively with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, Ind AS, GST, and TDS.

- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in liaising with auditors and managing statutory compliance.
