Chartered Accountant (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and compliance, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes, staying updated on tax regulations.

- Lead and coordinate internal and statutory audits, identifying control weaknesses and recommending improvements.

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring adherence and highlighting deviations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.

- Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
