- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations to lead daily operations for a reputed Interior Design company.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies, overseeing the execution of interior projects across multiple cities, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- You will manage operational efficiency, compliance, and performance while fostering productive relationships with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong analytical mindset, capable of driving productivity and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operations Strategy: Formulate and implement an operations strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Policy Development: Design and enforce policies and processes to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring they meet client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines, while staying within timelines and budgets.
- Customer Service & Retention: Coordinate customer service operations and create strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Technology Solutions: Lead the adoption and implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage contracts and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Evaluate risks, oversee quality assurance efforts, and manage project variations.
- Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Oversee expenses and budgeting to optimize costs while delivering value.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate teams to achieve high productivity and engagement levels.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Guide and manage vendor and partner relations to ensure timely project completion.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork and collaboration among all project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in Operations Management within the interior design or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Project Management principles, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude to address operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to implement technology solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field is preferred
