Experience: 5 to 12 yrs

- Knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures necessary to understand court filing requirements

- Strong Communication and Presentation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to a diverse working environment

- Drafting litigation & Arbitration

- Research knowledge (While Working)

Job Description:

- Filing, Court Appearance

- Responsible for administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls etc.

- Draft documents and letters from existing acquisitions

- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence

- Ability to prioritize work assignments to ensure completion within established timeframes and by expected deadlines

- Support in drafting briefing notes and pleadings

- Research, Documentation & Case management - Case Summary, Chronology of events, Legal questions raised, Latest Case Laws

- To take down notes of arguments and prepare notes of cases

- To identify facts, issues and questions that may arise in the course of arguments
