Head - Brand Marketing (10-15 yrs)

Job Description:

- Improve Brand Equity amongst all stakeholders across all categories through effective communication at all touch points.

- Influence brand conversion throughout consumer journey through effective & personalized communication.

- Ensuring compliance, simplicity as well as innovation spirit in marketing communication.

- Will work towards establishing the organization as an aspirational brand in the Life.

- Insurance space across categories and touch points and will lead a team of brand managers, handling roles across Product Marketing & creatives.

- The role will involve conceptualizing and executing Brand & Marketing Communications strategy through both.

- ATL and Digital media interventions.

Key Managerial and functional responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.

- Lead the development and maintenance of the brands visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and design elements, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

- Conduct consumer research and gather insights to understand customer perceptions, preferences, and behaviors, informing brand strategies and initiatives.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, such as brand awareness, sentiment, and loyalty, to measure the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of brand messaging and values across the organization.

- Identify strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with the brands values and target audience, increasing brand visibility and credibility.
