Title: Lead Marketing, Sports
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Education: Post Graduate in Marketing ( MMS/MBA )
Must Have's:
- Great knowledge of Sports especially Cricket a must have.
- 14+ years of experience in marketing and should have managed 360 degree launches and campaigns.
- Person with a Never Say Die attitude who constantly challenges status quo . Believes in the power of Ideas. Creative driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, leveraging market research and data analysis to identify and capitalize on revenue generating opportunities. This includes creating and managing marketing budgets.
- Special emphasis on brief writing & creative development process leading all tent pole launches on the Sports network.
Drive partnerships and barters to enhance marketing amplification plans:
- Emphasis on working with internal & external stakeholders mainly Revenue teams, OAP teams & creative development teams.
Brand Management & Enhancement:
- Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels. Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and preference.
Digital Transformation & Innovation:
- Lead the digital transformation of marketing efforts, maximizing the use of digital channels and technologies to reach target audiences and drive engagement. Embrace innovative marketing approaches and technologies.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, creative agencies, media partners, and other relevant internal and external groups.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Continuously refine strategies based on data and insights.
