Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).
The Role:

Key Deliverables:
- Develop a comprehensive, long-term brand strategy.
- Reinforce brand positioning and grow brand awareness metrics.
- Build and manage a high performing team.
- Develop brand love, brand experience and brand activation platforms.
- Lead content teams to drive content syndication including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories.
- Own brand voice across a variety of channels and vehicles.
- Proactively champion marketing ideas for B2B customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 9+ years of experience in brand leadership in B2C and Internet brands.
- A brand strategist who is a good blend of creative & analytical thinking.
- Has extensive experience in advertising story-telling.
- Can contextualize ideas & take them to market with excellence.
- Social channel native who can craft channel-specific campaigns.
- Ability to think wide and think deep; can see the "big picture".
- Can craft visual stories that are concise, effective and customer first.
- Adept at using consumer research tools and data to make choices.
- Persistent with ideas that matter but agile enough to shift approach when needed.
- An ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Having won advertising and marketing awards a big plus.
