Skills Required:

1. P&L Management

2. Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign development, and integrated marketing communications.

3. Expertise in Omni Channel Digital Marketing

4. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modeling.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Budget management experience.

What will you do?

1. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Nutrabay's D2C and eCommerce channels.

2. Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development.

3. Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, delegating tasks effectively and providing mentorship.

4. Set clear marketing goals and objectives, and track progress towards those goals using data and analytics.

5. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for Nutrabay to leverage them for growth.

6. Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

1. Minimum 8-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on D2C and eCommerce.

2. Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.

Working days: Monday - Friday
