The Business Head - Direct Sales with Digital Marketing Management at the is a strategic leadership role that combines expertise in direct sales with proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership and Direct Vertical Strategy

- Sales Ownership: Develop and implement a direct vertical sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned customer segments.

- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates.

- Customer Segmentation: Focus on specific verticals such as HNIs, NRIs, and digital-first customers seeking premium land investment opportunities.

- Target Achievement: Drive consistent growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy Integration
