Head - Performance Marketing & Online Strategy


About the Role:


- We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing & Strategy to lead the performance marketing team . In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-level, integrated marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, growth, and revenue across multiple digital platforms. You will own the performance marketing function and set the strategic direction for campaigns, budget allocation, data analysis, and overall performance optimization.

- As a senior leader, you will work closely with the executive team and cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with company-wide goals. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, continuously optimizing marketing investments, and ensuring that our digital marketing strategies are at the forefront of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

- Lead Performance Marketing Strategy: Own and execute the overarching performance marketing strategy across digital channels (search, social, display, programmatic, affiliate, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.

- Growth & Revenue Optimization: Identify high-impact opportunities to scale customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and maximize lifetime value (LTV) for our customer base.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across product, data, analytics, sales, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategy alignment and seamless execution across all touchpoints.

- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Campaign Leadership & Performance Optimization:

- End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns-from concept, creative ideation, budgeting, targeting, execution, and optimization. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and cost-efficient.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics and insights to make strategic recommendations and adjustments to campaigns. Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, etc.) to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

- Budget Management & ROI: Manage and optimize the performance marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI across all digital channels. Create financial models to forecast and allocate resources effectively.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Build, develop, and lead a diverse and talented performance marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

- Talent Development: Actively recruit and mentor top talent, ensuring the team has the skills and capabilities needed to stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

- Cross-Team Alignment: Work closely with other marketing leaders (e.g., brand, content, product marketing) to ensure a unified customer experience and brand consistency across all channels.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

- A/B Testing & Optimization: Establish a culture of continuous testing and learning to drive improvements in conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Technology & Automation: Leverage marketing technologies, automation tools, and advanced analytics platforms to streamline processes, improve campaign efficiency, and deliver better results at scale.

- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop and implement dashboards and regular reporting systems to communicate performance and key insights to the executive team, stakeholders, and leadership.

Executive Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Executive Reporting: Regularly report to the C-suite and board of directors on the performance of marketing initiatives, delivering insights, recommendations, and performance metrics.

- Strategic Partnership: Act as the key performance marketing voice in cross-functional leadership meetings, advising on the direction of company-wide strategies from a marketing and growth perspective.

- Budget & Resource Planning: Oversee long-term planning for performance marketing initiatives, including forecasting, staffing, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of leading high-impact, multi-channel digital marketing strategies and driving measurable growth.

- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams, with experience in scaling and optimizing digital marketing channels, driving customer acquisition, and generating revenue.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, affiliate marketing) and performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau, etc.).

- Strong experience in budget management, with a proven ability to allocate and optimize large-scale marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

Education:

- Master's degree from tier 1 colleges in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field;
