Job Description:

Job Purpose:

- Manage and deliver on assigned targets on crucial portfolio indicators including flowrates, 30 plus/90 plus delinquency, annualised Net Credit loss.

- Administer and delivery recovery rates for the region as a percentage of the portfolio as per the target assigned.

- Timely hiring of collection officers / area managers to ensure peak efficiencies & effectiveness on the portfolio at all times.

- To identify the need for empanelment/termination of a vendor and have an objective approach on vendor management.

- Constant evaluation of collection officers/area managers performance to ensure better productivity.

- To keep the unit activities in line with the laid down processes.

- Coordinating and liasoning with legal team to ensure legal action is taken as per the laid down norms.

- Close interaction with Sales/RIC/Credit/Product and Policy team/HR/ Admin/ Process team.
