Purpose of the role:
- The Change Manager will play a key role in supporting change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with positive benefits and minimum disruption of business processes.
- This role will work with regional clients to support the promotion and delivery of messaging and adoption of impactful solutions to help clients drive toward their human capital goals.
- This position will focus on change management, communications, and organizational transformation.
- Uses a framework approach to plan and support change projects that address the organization's needs to modify structure and procedures due to changes in Human Capital Management.
- Follows Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to conduct assessments of the current state, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish the goals and milestones of changes.
Key performance indicators:
- Change management - understanding of the importance of change management within the implementation lifecycle.
- Project management - full understanding of end to end project management, including risk and issue management, milestone delivery and ensuring the project deliverable are on track for final go live delivery.
- Aptitude for technology - VMS, ATS, Assessment, CRM & Sourcing.
- Understanding - MSP, Headcount tracking, RPO, SOW, Early careers.
- Logical thinker - working with Subject Matter Experts to ensure project deliverables are met and follow logically.
Key responsibilities:
Project management:
- Support development and execution of change management strategies with plans to maximize adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance to change.
- Goals include faster adoption, higher program utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact program users.
- Change management approach, delivery, measurement and reporting for RSR implementations.
- Support development of change management strategies by supporting or conducting workshops with clients to identify key initiatives from business process, program and technology design.
- Change Management for MSP, RPO, SOW, Headcount Tracking or blended solution implementations dependent on scale.
- Supports the analyses of client current state and establishes the best plan of action for Change Management during implementation, with the Senior Change Managers.
- Provides input into regular status reports submitted to the RSR senior stakeholders and Client Project and Senior Stakeholders inline with the project/program governance.
- Provides regional consultation to ensure awareness, service practices and procedures, and nurturing of client relations.
- Support project workstream owners to identify change impacts and supporting activities.
- Responsible for regional project change activities over multiple workstreams (technology, business process, workforce, partners).
- Execute on change communications, readiness assessment, project alignment and leadership communication.
Support:
- Adheres to guidelines, best practices and toolkits for functional implementation of an MSP, RPO, SOW, Head-Count Tracking or Blended solutions.
- Supports continuous improvements in the way-of-working, tools, methods and solution concepts.
Client & Customer Management:
- Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships.
- Works with the Workstream Leads and SME's, to facilitate their activities for the delivery of the services sold.
- Is the first point of contact for the client regionally regarding the change management strategy.
- Builds strong business relationships with the client.

Ideal Candidate:
Education:
- Bachelor or University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics or relevant business experience.
- Project Management or Organizational change education/certification highly preferred experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years of Change/Organizational Management experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of MSP/RPO/SOW or Human Capital consulting experience.
- Medium amount of transformation, change and organizational design experience.
- Experience of change management initiatives for large/mega size organizations knowledge.
- Evidence of a high level change management knowledge in MSP, RPO and preferably SOW.
- Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful change readiness and change management.
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance process within a fast-paced business environment.

- Demonstrated skills in Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- Experience of using and in-depth understanding of ATS, VMS or similar recruitment/ HR systems.
- Willingness to travel (regional and global) is required as appropriate.
