Job Description: Change Manager
Position: Change Manager
Experience Required: 8 to 12 years
Location: Trivandrum, Cochin, Bangalore
Notice Period: Within 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute change initiatives that minimize resistance and enhance adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization to secure buy-in for change initiatives.
- Conduct regular communication and feedback sessions to address concerns and ensure clarity of objectives.
Organizational Change Leadership:
- Lead change management activities, including the development of frameworks, processes, and tools for effective transitions.
- Monitor the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Training and Development:
- Assess learning needs and design tailored training programs to upskill employees and enable smooth adaptation to new systems and processes.
- Deliver training sessions and provide coaching to leaders to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to support seamless integration of changes.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the success of change initiatives.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Core Competencies:
- Expertise in Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
- Proven experience in organizational change activities and change strategy development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and employee communication skills.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- Capability to analyze and mitigate resistance to change through effective leadership.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Change Management Software: Prosci, ADKAR, ChangeGear, ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence.
- Knowledge of project management tools: Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the cargo domain or airline industry (Etihad experience is highly preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead change at the organizational level.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with successful outcomes in organizational transformation.
