Land Acquisition Manager (8-17 yrs)

Technical Attributes and responsibilities :

1. Hands-on experience of working at wind project site in various states and mandatorily in Karnataka.

2. Deep understanding of all the aspects of wind project planning and land requirements.

3. Responsible for driving land acquisition for erecting wind turbines, pathways and other logistic movements etc.

4. Responsible for co-ordination for legal due-diligence and land registrations.

5. Knowledge of state land related laws, practices, land related approvals is an essential requirement

6. Exposure to document collection, preliminary legal due-diligence is essential requirement

7. Responsible for driving land aggregators for acquisition of land and other land related approvals as per requirements of project plans and work schedule

8. In depth knowledge about compliances and approvals during land acquisition and other environment related aspects in a wind power project.

9. Deep understanding of land survey work is required.

10. Responsible for handling local issues at site and resolving.

11. Implementing best practices for acquisition of land and documentation.

12. In depth knowledge about safety and environment related aspects in a wind power project.

13. Shall have skills in capability assessment of land aggregator and other vendors.

14. Good Communication skills.
