Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in BPO services.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining client relationships.

- Lead sales presentations and negotiate contracts.

- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Mentor and guide the sales team to meet targets.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
