- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a leading engineering company with a diverse industrial portfolio.
- The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all operational and strategic aspects of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving sustainable growth.
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in executive management, a proven track record in the engineering or construction industry, and a passion for fostering innovation and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the Executive Management Team in implementing the company's strategic objectives and operational plans.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure the achievement of corporate goals, including market share expansion, profitability, and ROI.
- Regularly evaluate the company's performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure short- and long-term business objectives are met.
- Develop and execute business plans with a focus on maximizing market share and profitability in existing or new ventures.
- Define, monitor, and support the execution of departmental goals, ensuring alignment with the company's broader objectives.
- Establish performance metrics, and ensure corrective action is taken when performance deviates from goals.
- Promote effective communication across the organization, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities are clearly understood.
- Assess the performance of the Executive Management Team and recommend improvements.
- Represent the company as the principal public relations officer, building relationships with key stakeholders, customers, government bodies, and the financial community.
- Oversee the development of organizational structures that foster a positive internal climate and encourage management succession.
- Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth company operations and leadership development at all levels.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for executives, making recommendations for rewards, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures by employees. Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing executive team. Required Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 18 years of related experience, including at least 9 years of executive-level management and 5 years in the construction industry.
- Industry Experience: Proven leadership in handling large-scale engineering or construction portfolios with a revenue size of INR 2500 Crores or more.
- Leadership: Strong, results-oriented leader with a track record of aggressive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Skills: Visionary leadership, strong entrepreneurial mindset, political awareness, financial acumen, and exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Location Preference: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana preferred.
- Age Range: 45-50 years.
- Other Qualities: Mentally sharp, physically robust, and highly energetic, capable of managing high-pressure situations.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage and drive change across a large organization.
