- Responsible for continuing the positive momentum of Rubber businesses and further improving the growth over the coming years while building and optimizing processes, structures, and systems to ensure good scalability to the business.

- Responsible for generating added value in the long term for shareholders, also through the synergies and opportunities available within the Group, while protecting the stakeholder's interests and following Corporate Governance Rules.

- To maintain relationships with Joint Venture partners

- To ensure Manufacturing, R&D and Design are aligned

Ideal Profile:

- Must have credibility and stature to be the CEO and should possess a track record of strong performance

- Strong general management credentials, ideally with a successful track record in b2b and c sales

- Exposure to marketing and branding to increase market share

- Strong experience in crafting strategy for all Rubber businesses, preferably in Auto Component and Rubber Industries

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, having a strong network with key opinion leaders in the business

- Be able to push for results while being respectful of others

- Strong exposure to enhancing people's productivity

- Create a climate of comfort in discomfort among the team members

- Strong change agent and work through people

- Ability to work independently and at the same time open to being guided and supported by the stakeholders

- Experience in handling Joint Venture Partners
