Role Description: Growth Specialist
We are looking for a passionate Growth Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on implementing innovative growth strategies, driving business development, and building partnerships to expand our platform's reach and impact on Seniors. You will leverage your analytical skills, manage key projects, optimize communication channels, and enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute growth hacking strategies to drive platform expansion.
- Identify, develop, and nurture business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance platform visibility and value.
- Manage projects efficiently, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
- Optimize communication and engagement channels to improve the user experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard new members and partners.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and measure success.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in project management.
