PickMyWork - Manager - Partnerships & Alliances (3-4 yrs)

- Revenue Growth and Business Development

- Identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities to contribute to PickMyWork's revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, publishers, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor performance metrics to identify bottlenecks in the lead-closing process and enable data-driven decision-making.

- Achieve assigned targets by optimizing lead funnel metrics and improving conversion rates.

- Develop and execute business development (BD) plans in alignment with strategic objectives and goals.

- Collaborate with PickMyWork's founders to prepare accurate and timely reports on BD activities and performance.

- Team Management and Leadership Support

- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.

- Establish systems to enhance data utilization and develop tracking metrics to ensure high-quality client lead delivery.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the Senior Management Team, presenting key challenges and opportunities for growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders across the organization to align the mission, principles, and practices of PickMyWork.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals and drive collective success.
