Job Description

About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances and Partnerships to join our team.

- In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding ACHNET's reach and impact by developing and managing strategic partnerships.

- You will identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key service partners, VMS & HRMS tool providers, and other strategic entities.

- Your expertise in cold calling, email marketing, RFP preparation, and compelling presentations will be vital in driving successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

- Identify and target potential strategic partners aligned with ACHNET's mission and business objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to expand ACHNET's ecosystem and market reach.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Partner Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key service partners, VMS & HRMS tool providers, and other strategic allies.

- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Outreach & Lead Generation:

- Drive proactive outreach strategies using cold calling and email marketing to engage potential partners.

- Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build relationships.

- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage partner interactions.

Collaboration with VMS & HRMS Tool Providers:

- Collaborate with vendors of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to integrate ACHNET's platform and expand our ecosystem.

- Identify and pursue integration opportunities to enhance ACHNET's functionality and value proposition.

- Work to create seamless data flow between ACHNET and partner systems.

RFP Preparation & Presentation:

- Lead the preparation of winning Request for Proposals (RFPs) and strategic presentations.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop compelling proposals that address client needs.

- Deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and potential partners.

Presentation Development & Delivery:

- Develop compelling pitch decks and presentations to showcase ACHNET's value proposition.

- Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, partners, and industry events.

- Tailor presentations to various audiences.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify partnership opportunities.

- Provide regular reports on partnership performance and ROI.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.

Key Skills We're Looking For:

Partnership & Alliances:

- Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Cold Calling & Email Marketing:

- Strong experience in cold calling and email marketing strategies.

- Ability to generate leads and nurture relationships through effective outreach.

- Partnering with VMS & HRMS Tool Providers:

- Experience collaborating with VMS & HRMS tool providers.

- Understanding of integration processes and API management.

RFP Preparation & Presentation:

- Expertise in crafting winning proposals and strategic presentations.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

Presentation Development:

- Ability to develop and deliver compelling pitches to stakeholders and partners.

- Strong presentation software skills.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or business development.

- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
