Staqu, an AI company, working to create a research ecosystem to develop advanced artificial intelligence powered technologies which can be used in solving impactful real-world problems. We are working to decouple big data into its constituent elements like text, speech and images and then further perform selective amalgamation of these elements to generate advanced hybrid deep neural networks models. About the Role:
You will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's channel partner strategy, driving substantial revenue growth through strategic alliances. This position involves identifying, onboarding, and managing top-tier partners, nurturing strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize partner performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in building and scaling successful channel programs, having taken on leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative strategies to broaden market reach, generate high-quality leads, and establish a robust revenue pipeline.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy aligned with overall business objectives, including identifying key target partners and market segments.
- Lead the entire partner lifecycle, from initial identification and recruitment to onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing relationship management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and sales enablement programs.
- Drive significant revenue growth through partner channels, setting and exceeding targets for partner-influenced and partner-generated revenue.
- Develop and manage partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize program effectiveness.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance with companypolicies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs and alignment with overall business strategy.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the partner ecosystem to inform strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the growth of the channel partner team.

Qualification Required:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Around 2-4 years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful channel partner programs.
- Strong understanding of channel sales methodologies, partner management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage partner agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
