About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at Indusind bank. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing and nurturing relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, payment networks, technology companies, and other third-party service providers. The role will involve driving partnerships that support the bank's growth strategy and help to deliver innovative financial solutions to our customers
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a partnership strategy that supports the bank's growth objectives and enhances the customer experience, primarily on digital assets & payments side ( loans, credit line, UPI, etc.).
2. Identify, prioritize, and evaluate potential partners based on their strategic fit, capabilities, and market presence
3. Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including partner on-boarding, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship management while achieving revenue targets and compliance.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, tech, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful partnership execution and alignment with business objectives
5. Track and report on key performance metrics related to partnership performance and ROI, and use data to inform partnership decision-making.
6. Closely monitor funnel and drop off campaigns across channels - Email/SMS/WhatsApp/MPNs to improve lead to conversion ratio.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in the fintech space, and use this knowledge to inform partnership strategy and execution
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships or business development roles, preferably in the financial services or fintech industries
- Prior experience of onboarding/nurturing partnerships for asset products is a plus
- Experience in API bases integrations is preferred Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships, from initial identification to execution and ongoing management
- Experience with financial services and payment networks, and a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in India
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive results
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
EDUCATION:
- Post Graduate Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college
