Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Onboard new integration partners and manage the partnership with existing Strategic Partners, own relationship, and governance, put a business plan in place, work on execution plan, establish periodic cadence and track progress for successful performance of the partnership.

2.Showcase Partner, seek mindshare and support for Partners within Xoxoday from cross-functional teams and leadership for agreed collaboration initiatives and success.

3.Constantly work on ways to improve partnerships by coming up with growth initiatives.

4.Develop a very good understanding of Partner business, strategy, priorities, and challenges and work towards driving revenue.

5.Develop and achieve sales plan for new customer acquisition, retention, business mix, and overall revenue targets along with the partner.

6.Track and Report Progress, Achievements and highlight Risks and Areas of improvement transparently.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree, MBA will be a plus.

2.Work experience in loyalty/rewards/benefits/fintech or incentives company will be a plus.

3.2-5 years of experience in partnerships, integrations & growth.

4.Good understanding of working together with product & technology teams to drive integration partnerships. You should be able to define the user journey in a frictionless way.

5.Good understanding of working with marketing & sales teams to drive partnership growth initiatives.

6. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and fast-paced environment.
