You will be responsible for day-to-day channel partner relationships, supporting the partners to align product features with business benefits, and configuring solutions for end user clients. Also identifying qualified sales opportunities for new channel partners and secure meetings, and market expansion through partner initiatives. We are looking for an individual to represent Oriserve and its' brand at all times in a professional and ethical manner, maintaining the confidentiality of company information appropriately and treating customer information with similar care.
Typical work week look like:-
- Identify, recruit, retain, develop & manage new channel partners in order to grow business
- Effectively onboard new partners and get them up to speed with our products as fast as possible
- Develop business opportunities with potential and existing partners
- Understand customer technical requirements and work with partners and customers to align solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, product management, and other departments to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate partner for further development
- Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
- Visit our partners from time to time
- Plan, implement and control the entire sales process, sales targets, tactics, and strategies
- Take responsibility for achieving business results and set sales targets
- Implement marketing plans and programs in support of business plan/objectives
- Understand the competition in target markets and monitor competitive activities
- Maintain KPIs by monitoring sales performance and statistical reports
p Ensure that accurate and complete information is captured in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team
Our ideal candidate should have:-
- BE/B.Tech and an MBA degree from T1/T2 institute.
- 5+ years of experience working in a channel partner sales role experience in B2B software solution selling
- Excellent interpersonal skills- ability to communicate with customers and to work within a team
- Excellent organization skills- ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Professional approach in all aspects of working with customers, channel partners, and colleagues
- Flexible approach to working in an organization where additional tasks outside of normal
responsibilities may be required to support the overall business.
