Job Description:
- We are looking out for a leader who will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's B2B sales channels. The leader should have the ability to lead a huge team of highly passionate individuals and ensure to expand the company's presence in the market.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is very critical and strategic to the company. He/She will be handling the Business Growth team for corporate collaborations across all regions. Reporting will be to the Co Founder and Director.
Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy:
- Define sales targets and objectives aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Identify key market segments and target customers within the B2B space.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's B2B customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B accounts.
- Understand client needs to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how our products/services can address their challenges and objectives.
Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Forecast sales accurately and focus on building constant sales pipeline.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of sales (B2B sales) growth and development with a background in Executive Education or having led a HR/L&D Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of how to approach, position talent & leadership development conversations with University Principals, CHROs, L&D & HR professionals as well as Business/C suite Executives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - adept at developing, pitching and closing large deals. Gravitas to pitch to CXOs, CHROs, CLOs/L&D and government heads.
- Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients.
