Chief Financial Officer - IPO/Treasury (16-25 yrs)

CFO - IPO/TREASURY($ 8 Bln Indian MNC)

Job Description:

- The CFO will be responsible for the management of business performance and the compliance requirements of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, a strategic orientation, and the ability to understand business problems and proactively work with cross-functional teams toward solution building.

- Should be capable of working on the digital transformation of the finance function. Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred. This role requires an individual capable of managing complex financial processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Financial Management:

- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

- Responsible for monitoring the planning process of the organization.

- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Drive the business performance of the entity by being part of the finance team Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. Develop the decision support system (MIS) for the organization on a timely basis

Internal Controls:

- Effectively monitor and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.

- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Strategic Initiative:

- Drive strategic financial initiatives for the entity Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Team Leadership:

- BE part of the corporate finance leadership for driving various corporate restructuring activities like acquisitions, tech partnerships, mergers, etc.
