Chief Executive Officer - Payments (20-25 yrs)

Background to the role & Company:

- Our client is a leading name in the payments space backed by marquee investors. Reporting into the Founder & Board of the company, the role is responsible for envisioning , driving and implementing the product roadmap for the company. The individual will lead the strategic partnership with large banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

- P&L Management: Drive revenue, profitability and growth of the overall business

- Product Innovation and Development: Drive product innovation and ensure that the new and existing products are in line with the changing market needs and demand.

- Business Operations: Oversee business operations to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.

- Business Development and Client Management: Develop business and manage key accounts as well as leveraging relationships with sales and BD teams, identify opportunities for development of new service offerings as well as new markets for existing service lines.

- People Management

Qualification:

- Post - graduate degree in business management

Experience:

- 20 + years of experience with at least ten years of experience in product management in Merchant POS payment space.

- Strong commercial orientation and ability to drive and build relationships with large banks and financial institutions.
