General Manager - Group Chairman Office - Conglomerate - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-20 yrs)

Background to the client and role:

- Our client is a leading Indian Conglomerate with multiple businesses. Reporting to the CEO Group Chairman Office, the role is responsible for financial management, managing digital transformation programs, evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting on all strategic initiatives across the group.

Responsibilities:

- Finance Management and Analysis of Budgets and Financial Statements: Driving performance management & budgeting and analysis of budgets & financial statements

- Technology Program Management: Driving digital transformation programs in the areas of GenAI, IOT, RPA, Process Mining etc

- Managing the performance and working of the Chairman's office

- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders like CEOs, Business Heads, CFOs, Networking Forums, Consultants and Technology partners

Education:

- Full time MBA from premier institutes like Harvard/Stanford/Kelloggs/London Business School/IIMs/XLRI/FMS/SP Jain is mandatory

- Full time BE/B.Tech from IIT/NITs/other engineering colleges is mandatory

Experience:

- 10 to 18 years experience of experience in managing programs related to finance, strategy and digital transformation

- Good financial and commercial acumen, project management skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a strong drive for execution and result orientation
