Chief Executive Officer - FMCG (18-25 yrs)

CEO for new business in FMCG Space.

Job Purpose : As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational control to ensure the organization's success in a highly competitive and dynamic market. You will drive the company's mission, build a strong brand identity and presence, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the Board and the management team.

- Candidate should understand how to run a business and take complete ownership of P&L.

- Development, review and refinement of the Company's business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace.

- Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner.

Competencies required :

- Should have FMCG-Food experience.

Education Qualification & experience :

- Candidate should have an overall experience of 18 -25 years. Mostly in the FMCG space.

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Experience in product development, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
