We are Hiring For Quality Analyst
- Need 1 Year on paper experience as a quality Analyst
- Need Excellent Communication
- Monitor calls for quality assurance purposes, providing feedback on performance metrics such as Call callibration,monitoring ,coaching and feedback session
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement through process.
- Worked on 7 QC Tools
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Open to work in rotational shift
- 5 days working/2 rotational off
