About the Role:

We are currently seeking talented individuals for the position of Project Analyst at our client location in Kolkata.

This is a fixed-time employment opportunity with a term of 12 months, renewable based on performance.

Shift Timings 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm / 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Required Experience and Qualifications.

International Voice Process (Inbound).

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service in international voice process. (Freshers Please Don't Apply)

Graduation mandatory in any field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Roles and responsibility

Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.

Online Front-Ending

Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.

Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
