Assistant Manager Production

Monitor & maintain all quality norms.

Role & responsibilities:

• Plan, Monitor & and monthly production target
• Achieve monthly dispatch (sale) target
• Monitor operation expenses and suggest ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
• Develop & implement schedules so that production targets & objectives are met.
• Have experienced of handling various departments like material preparation, fitup, welding, assembly, painting & dispatch.
• Capable to manage 200+ headcounts including supervisors, Engineers, shift incharge.
• Excellent knowledge of interpreting drawing/ design department.
• Must be aggressive (go getter) and have positive attitude
• Must have technical mind-set.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets as per schedule and cost product quality. parameters.
• Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
• Handle plant operations with focus on optimum utilization of manpower Fitup, welding, Assembly , Painting and dispatch and material
• Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product Incharge.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet quality objectives,
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Knowledge of procuring material, Equipment's Required
• Knowledge about Fabrication process Required
• Handling of manpower on the shop floor
