Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager for our Vasai east location

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality standards

This is a full-time, mid-level position.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a production management role in a manufacturing environment.

Proven expertise in production planning to optimize manufacturing processes and resources.

Strong knowledge of resource management to efficiently allocate machinery, materials, and manpower.

Experience with quality control techniques to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Aptitude for budgeting and cost management to control production expenses and improve financial performance.

Proficient in team leadership, capable of mentoring and guiding production staff to achieve targets.

Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle production issues promptly and effectively.

Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.

Strong time management skills to ensure all production schedules are met within deadlines.

Roles And Responsibilities
