Job Summary:

The Senior Executive - Production will play a critical role in overseeing multiple production departments, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to quality standards, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily jewellery production activities.
• Ensure timely execution of orders with high-quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, optimize processes, and reduce wastage.
• Supervise, train, and manage production teams for efficiency.
• Implement Kaizen, 5S, principles.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and QC teams.
• Maintain records, track inventory, and generate reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in mechanical/production engineering
• Experience:
• 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Willing to work in jewellery manufacturing firm.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
