Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
2. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Address customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and offer appropriate solutions.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs within assigned territories.
6. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
