Senior Manager Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and ensure the achievement of monthly production targets, maintaining
  alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Achieve monthly dispatch (sales) targets by closely coordinating with the sales team and production units.
• Ensure that finished products are dispatched in a timely manner and in accordance with
  customer expectations.
• Monitor operation expenses and suggest ways to reduce costs while maintain product quality.
• Have experienced of handling various departments like Material Laser/ Plasma cutting rolling, bending type of preparation, Fit-up, welding, Assembly, Painting dispatch.
• Capable to manage 200+ headcounts including Managers, Supervisors Engineers, Shift incharge.
• Excellent knowledge of interpreting drawing and Design documents.
• Ensure timely completion of product targets as per schedule and cost parameters.
• Implement effective cost-saving strategies in production without affecting output or safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have experience in the Fabrication Industry.
