Quality Engineer_Shirwal Plant

Role & responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of  Form work/ Sheet metal,  permanent Structure / heavy fabrication industry.

2. Knowledge of fabrication processes & machining process.

3. Welding Knowledge w.r.t. AWS D1.1 & AWS A2.4

4. Knowledge of various Codes like IS 7215/ IS 9595/ AWS D1.1/ ASME Sec IX/ ASME Sec V, IS 2062/ IS4923/ IS 1161/ EN Codes/ IS 800/ IS 1852/IS 816 /  etc.

5. NDE level II certification in DPT/MP/RT/UT.

6. handle Customers & TPI like TUV/ L&T/ Tata etc.

7. Knowledge of QMS system is essential.

8. CAPA/ RCA/KAIZEN knowledge essential.

9.Have to travel at vendor locations to Chakan/ Jejuri/ Khandala/Wai /Kolhapur/Sangli area.

Preferred candidate profile :

• QMS, AUTOCAD, NDT-II, MS-Office, ERP
• Experience of Fabrication Industry
